FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Where will my seat be?
A: When purchasing your package, your seat location(s) will be displayed. Please refer to the venue seating chart to confirm the exact location.

Q: Where do I get my tickets?
A: Tickets are distributed by the ticketing agency used by each venue (i.e. Ticketmaster). Your ticket confirmation email should show your ticket delivery method. Tickets may be mailed, emailed to be printed at home or available from the Will Call window at the venue box office on the day of show.

Q: Will I receive package specific instructions?
A: A few days before the show an instruction email will be sent to the email that was entered when you ordered your tickets.

Q: What if I need to change my email address?
A: Email us at [email protected] Please include the name of the purchaser and the city and date of the show.

Q: What if I purchased this as a gift for someone else?
A: Please email us at [email protected] for specific instructions.

Q: When do I get my stuff?
A: All merchandise included in your package will be distributed at the VIP guest check-in before the show begins. If you arrive after the show begins, please text the name of the purchaser and a shirt size for each guest to (760) 470-3040. If time permits, we will provide your merchandise at the show. If this is not possible, your merchandise will be shipped (subject to a shipping charge).

Q: What happens at the VIP guest check-in?
A: At the guest check in all merchandise and credentials are distributed. Meet & Greet guests are also told where to meet after the show for the meet & greet with the band.

Q: What sizes are your shirts?
A: Unisex Adult Tee Shirts in small through 3X.

Q: What if I missed the show?
A: We are aware that occasionally plans change and our guests are unable to attend the show. Although we are unable to transfer or refund tickets, we do want you to get your ‘stuff’. If you are unable to attend, please email the purchaser name, a contact phone number, the date and show and a shirt size for each ticket to [email protected] within 30 days after the show. Merchandise fulfilled by mail is subject to a shipping charge. We will contact you to coordinate your order.

Q: Does my VIP package get me into the venue VIP Club?
A: No. The venue VIP clubs are reserved for the venue’s season seat subscribers and for venue sponsors, etc.

Q: When does the Meet & Greet take place?
A: The Meet & Greet always takes place after the show. Within 30 minutes after the show guests arrive at the rendezvous point, are lead to the meet and greet location, provided with specific instructions and organized for the meet & greet. At 30 minutes past show time, we call for the band. The band will arrive shortly thereafter (typically 10-15 minutes).

Q: How long does the Meet & Greet last?
A: That depends on the number of guests. Once the band arrives, we begin with the photo session and then transition to the autograph session.

Q: Can I use my own camera at the Meet & Greet?
A: No. We will take your photo with the band. We prohibit the use of personal cameras at the Meet & Greet for two reasons. We want to ensure we get the best shot during the photo session and to ensure band members are not distracted from your interaction during the autograph session.

Q: How many items can I have autographed?
A: Each guest may present up to 2 items to each band member to be autographed. Note, the two items can be different for each band member.

Q: Are there any autograph restrictions?
A: YES. In general, you must be able to hold the item during the show or make individual arrangements with the venue staff for storage. Specifically, Mr. Howe does not sign musical instruments, parts of musical instruments (no pick guards, guitar straps, etc.) or items made of loose fabric (like Tee Shirts).

Q: Can I hang out after the Meet & Greet?
A: Unfortunately, no. Once your Meet & Greet is complete, you will exit the room. We do understand it is natural that guests might want to stay and hang out, but this results in staring at the band and ambient chatter, which can affect the experience of our guests still at the autograph tables. We endeavor to protect that moment of intimacy between each guest and the band member during their interaction at the signing tables.

Q: Where will be Meet & Greet photo be posted?
A: Shortly after the show, the Meet & Greet photos will be posted on a web gallery. Guests may then download their digital photo to their phone or computer. The website and password to the photo galleries are included in the Meet & Greet guest instruction email. If you have misplaced this email, please write to [email protected] with the name of the purchaser, show location and date and we will reply with the requested information.
